Kye Tran-Tsai

Kye is the principal of Kye Tran, Lawyer and has been a transactional property lawyer for over 15 years. Kye is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law. She has successfully led property teams in several Sydney law firms before practising under her own name.
Kye has previously worked in a ‘big four’ financial advisory firm, a mid-tier law firm, and has held various senior roles at the then Land and Property Information (now NSW Land Registry Services). She also has experience as a senior associate at a leading strata and construction litigation firm and as special counsel in a city firm.
Kye recognises that each client is an individual and provides advice and legal representation in procedural and substantive property law matters. Her advice has led to the formation of successful real estate projects for clients, giving them clarity in their legal rights, so they can get on with what they need to do. She cares about the outcome, and works hard to work with client deadlines and provides solutions focused legal advice that clients want and need.
Kye understands the business of property development and has worked closely with clients to achieve their end-to-end projects from site acquisition to sale of the lots.
Kye’s clients include developers, investors and individuals. She also occasionally acts as an independent consultant to nearby Sydney law firms. Kye is also the founder of Washi Monologues, an e-commerce shop which she operates as her creative outlet.
